Make Room for Baby, Part II
I scored the glider for 50 bucks off craig's fantastic list. It's in excellent condition, though the cushions are a little, well, old-looking. Easily fixed, I'm sure. I'm thinking some foam, a couple of flat sheets, a staple gun, and Gretchen and Her Amazing Sewing Machine should do the trick.
Which really makes me wish I had my own sewing machine and the brains to use it. I'd like to be able to do stuff. You know, like make slipcovers for glider cushions. And hem my own pants.

That is the SAME swing we used to have for MPP back in the day. Now I have to get a new one because the people we loaned it too, well, they decided to keep it! I am ashamed to say your room is MUCH farther along than mine. I better get moving!
mppsm--it helps if you have a dog, and your dh is obscenely attached to said dog, and both dh and said dog think that particular bedroom is the dog's. i swear, the dog is really confused wondering why we're putting all this furniture in there that she won't use. (she loves the big squishy dog bed, though.)
Ok, the room is sweet and I loved to see the dog's bed already in there so she can keep watch over the Moosebaby!
